The handle and piston of these clamps move in the same direction when handled. These types are designed as what is referred to as draw-thrust, i.e. they are arrested both in “closed” and “open” positions, except for types 313 and 314. This enables to apply a draw load on these clamps too. Body of all listed types is made of cast steel.
